3 Alarm Fire in Christiana

Engine 18 responded to Box 1234 (Christiana Fire) for an Apartment Building on Fire. E18 arrived as the 4th due, secured a water supply, and the crew stretched a handline to the 3rd floor for fire suppression. A total of 3 alarms were called to the scene, and crews operated nearly 3 hours. Chief 18 and Deputy Chief 18 also responded and operated.

While crews operated, a Structure Fire was dispatched in the Penn Acres South community. Squad 18 responded along with Regional Cover-Up Companies and a small fire was found.

Thank you to the Regional Companies that operated and assisted with both incidents.
