Kyle Young

Joined the fire company in January of 2018. Kyle came to Good Will with previous experience at another Fire Company. Kyle recieved Training through the Fire School and worked tirelessly to earn his "Black Shield". Kyle then earned his numbers in December of 2019, meaning he has earned the respect of his colleagues and has shown responsibilty and knowledge of operations. Kyle was awarded the 2019 Firefighter of the Year Award, and a Meritorious Service Award for the rescue of trapped individuals using ladders at an Apartment Fire. 

Before becoming a Firefighter, Kyle served in the US Army and earned 2 Purple Hearts while deployed. 

Kyle is an energetic and invaluable resource to Good Will.
