This morning, Ladders 18 and 28 were on a flag detail at the Delaware Army Guard Welcome Home Ceremony. The ceremony was for the DET 7 OSAA group who were deployed to Kuwait and Dijbouti during Operation Enduring Freedom 2015. Welcome home and thank you for your service to our country!
