Motor Vehicle Crash with Rollover

Late Sunday night, the company was alerted to a Motor Vehicle Crash with Rollover in the 1100 block of Wilmington Road. Ambulance 18 and Engine 18-6 responded. Upon arrival, crews found one vehicle on its side an another into a telephone pole, snapping it in half. Crews checked for injuries and controled hazards on the scene. A second ambulance was requested from the Wilmington Manor Fire Company. Two patient were transported to the local truama centers with non life threatening injuries. the crew of Engine 18-6 stood by and closed the road until DELDOT, DELMARVA Power, and New Castle Municipal Services arrived and began making repair to the pole.
